SMS consent

Sign up for text messages from Dicopay.

Text messages tell you when an invoice is opened, approved, or paid, and they carry your payment reminders. Opting in is your choice, and you can cancel at any time by replying STOP.

Before you opt in

What you are agreeing to, in three lines.

The same three facts appear again next to the form, because you should not have to scroll back up to check them.

What we send

You get messages about invoices you have sent or received, payment reminders, sign-in codes, and account notices. If a financing offer is available on an invoice, a message can tell you that too.

How often

Message frequency varies, because messages follow your invoices. A quiet month can bring none at all.

What it costs

Dicopay charges you nothing for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

The consent form

Give us a number and tick what you want.

Every box starts empty. The offers box is optional and you can leave it that way. None of this is a condition of using Dicopay, and invoicing stays free either way.

We can only send text messages to a number you give us here.

Before you submit

  • Messages come from [to confirm].
  • You must be at least 18 years old, and either the subscriber of the number you give us or authorized by the subscriber to use it.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Read the SMS terms of service and the privacy policy.

This page is an illustrative mockup. The form does not send anything anywhere, and nothing you type here is stored.

After you opt in

Three things you can do at any time.

None of them costs anything, and none of them needs a phone call to us first.

1

Reply STOP to cancel

Send STOP to any message from Dicopay and the messages end. We reply once to confirm, and then we stop. You keep your account and you keep free invoicing.

2

Reply HELP for help

Send HELP to any message from Dicopay and you get back the name of the program, how to contact us, and how to cancel. Replying HELP does not cancel anything.

3

Change or remove your number

Update your mobile number in the Dicopay app, or write to support at [to confirm]. If you give up a number, tell us, so that messages about your invoices do not reach the next person who holds it.

FAQ

The questions people ask about the texts.

Do I have to agree to text messages to use Dicopay?

No. Invoicing, automatic payment reminders, contracts, e-signature, and time reporting are free with no monthly fee and no card, and none of that depends on this form. Skip this page entirely and everything still works. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How many messages will I get?

Message frequency varies. Messages follow your invoices, so a month with two invoices looks nothing like a month with forty. If the volume is more than you want, reply STOP and it ends.

Will Dicopay charge me for the messages?

No. Dicopay charges you nothing for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and those charges are between you and your carrier. Check your plan if you are not sure.

Will you text me about financing?

A message can tell you that a financing offer is available on an invoice you have issued. Dicopay is not a lender. Financing comes from independent regulated lending partners, and eligibility, pricing, and terms are set by the funding partner and disclosed to you before you accept. A text message is a notification, never an offer of credit in itself.

What happens to my mobile number?

We use it to run this program and for the purposes set out in our privacy policy. We do not sell it, and we do not share the fact that you opted in with third parties for their own marketing. The full detail is in the SMS terms of service.
