Your outsourced accounts receivable and collections team

Invoicing is free, always. Checking what an invoice is worth costs nothing. You only pay if you take the cash.

Dicopay's invoicing app is live in Sweden today. Financing availability, pricing, and partners vary by country.

What we do

The accounts receivable department you cannot afford to hire.

Chasing invoices is a full-time job that pays no salary. Stop doing it yourself. Your customer hears from Dicopay, not from you at 9 p.m. writing another polite email.

We send it

Invoices, contracts, e-signature, and time reporting, from your phone or your desk. Your customer can pay now, spread it over 60 days, or pay in installments.

Free forever

We chase it

Reminders before the due date and after it, each one carrying a payment link. You stop being the person who nags your own customers for money you have already earned.

Free forever

We get it funded

Every invoice you issue to another business or a public body is checked for a financing offer from independent regulated lending partners. Dicopay is not a lender. If you want the money now rather than in 37 to 38 days, taking it is one tap, and nothing changes for your customer.

Only if you use it

How it works

Three steps, and you can stop after the first.

Plenty of businesses use Dicopay purely for free invoicing and never take an advance.

Write the invoice

About a minute on your phone. Add your line items, add tax, send it. Contracts and time reporting are included.

Your customer approves it

They open it on their phone and choose how to pay: in full, on invoice, or in installments. They do not need an account.

Take the cash, or wait

Watch it land on the due date, or take the money now and let the reminders keep running on your behalf. Either way you can see where every invoice stands.

Proven where we started

3,000

Swedish businesses have onboarded to Dicopay since launch: tradespeople, clinics, shops, one-person operations, and small crews.

Onboarding takes about a minute. In Sweden, you sign in with BankID and start invoicing right away. No forms, no sales call, no waiting for an approval email.

The problem

You did the work. The money is somewhere else.

Nobody is disputing the invoice. It is sitting on someone else's desk while your payroll date does not move.

$17,500

Why the bank says no

Profitable on paper.
Overdrawn at the bank.

One business, one month, two completely different pictures. Your bank only looks at the one on the right.

Illustrative example

What you earned

Invoiced this month$30,000
Payroll−$22,500
Rent, insurance, software−$4,675
Paper profit+$2,825

$13,800

earned, invoiced, not yet paid

What actually arrived

Collected this month$16,200
Payroll−$22,500
Rent, insurance, software−$4,675
In the bank−$10,975

That $13,800 is money you have already earned but not yet collected.

Financing, only if you use it

Priced per invoice

A single fee on the invoice value, quoted by the funding partner before you accept. Not interest, not a subscription, and not a daily pull on your account.

Quoted per invoice and shown before you accept
Provided and priced by regulated lending partners
Your customer's terms never change
Decline every offer and pay nothing, forever
See what an invoice qualifies for

Dicopay is not a lender. Financing is provided and priced by regulated lending partners; Dicopay is paid a referral fee by the partner when a deal funds. All offers are subject to approval.

Who qualifies

Partners look at your customer, not only at your credit.

Your bank underwrites your history. A funding partner underwrites the business that owes you money. Dicopay does not decide who qualifies.

Trading history

Partners look at the invoice and the customer behind it, so a short trading history matters less than it does at a bank.

Your credit

Eligibility, pricing, and any credit search are set by the funding partner and disclosed to you before you accept an offer.

B2B invoices only

Financing applies to invoices issued to another business or a public body. Consumer invoices can still be sent and chased for free.

FAQ

The questions everybody asks.

What happens if my customer does not pay?

What happens if your customer does not pay is written on the offer before you accept it, not after. Under a recourse arrangement, if your customer does not pay, you repay the advance. Where an offer is non-recourse, the funding partner carries that risk instead. You see which one applies before you accept.

If invoicing is free, how do you make money?

We are not the lender. When you choose to take an advance, the regulated lending partner that funds it pays us for the introduction. That is the whole business model. If you never take an advance, we never earn anything from you, and the invoicing and chasing stay free anyway.

Will my customer know that I financed the invoice?

They receive the same invoice, on the same terms, with the same due date. Nothing about the deal changes: no new payment instructions, no new bank details, no debt collector. The only thing they notice is that payment reminders come from Dicopay on your behalf rather than from you.

Is this a loan? Will it show up as debt?

No, it is not a term loan. A regulated lending partner advances you money you have already earned, against an invoice you have already issued. Dicopay is not a lender and does not fund the advance. There is no line of credit, no daily or weekly pull on your account, and nothing to stack another advance on top of. How it appears in your accounts depends on the structure of the offer. Under a recourse arrangement the advance is generally recorded as a liability until your customer pays. Show the offer terms to your accountant; they are set out in full before you accept.

How is this different from a merchant cash advance?

A merchant cash advance is repaid from a share of your daily or weekly revenue for as long as the balance runs, at a cost that is hard to compare. An invoice advance is a single fee on a single invoice, disclosed before you agree, and it ends when that invoice is paid.

Do I have to use financing?

No. Most businesses on Dicopay use it as free invoicing and reminders and never take an advance. The offer sits there and you ignore it.
