Get started

Send your first invoice for free.

There is no card to enter, no plan to pick, and nothing to cancel later. Invoicing and reminders are free, and financing is there only if you want it.

Dicopay's invoicing app is live in Sweden today. Financing availability, pricing, and partners vary by country.

Opening an account

Three things, and none of them cost anything.

In Sweden, this takes about a minute end to end because identity is checked with BankID. Outside Sweden, the steps are the same and the identity check is done another way.

1

Tell us who the business is

Company name, registration number, and the person opening the account. We check it because payment and lending rules require us to know who is behind an account before it can send anything.

2

Verify your identity

In Sweden, you sign in with BankID and you are done. There is no form to fill in, no sales call, and no waiting for an approval email.

3

Write the first invoice

Add your line items, add tax, and send it. Your customer opens it on their phone, picks how to pay, and pays. Reminders start on their own from that point.

Where you do it

On the phone in your pocket.

Most invoices on Dicopay are written on a phone, standing on a job site, minutes after the work is finished. The desktop version does the same things when you would rather sit down.

What it costs

What you are agreeing to, in three lines.

Invoicing is free

Unlimited invoices, automatic reminders before and after the due date, contracts, e-signature, and time reporting. No monthly fee, no seat fee, and no card required to open the account.

Free forever

Financing is optional

Invoices you issue to another business or a public body are checked for a financing offer. You can look at the number and close the app. Decline every offer and you pay nothing, forever.

Only if you use it

Dicopay is not a lender

Financing is provided and priced by independent regulated lending partners, who decide eligibility and terms and disclose them before you accept. Dicopay is paid a referral fee by the partner when a deal funds.
