Pricing
Invoicing is free. Financing is priced per invoice.
There is no monthly fee, no seat fee, and no card at signup. The only thing that ever costs you money is an advance you choose to take, and the funding partner quotes that price before you accept it.
The two offers
One product is free. The other you pay for only if you use it.
Most businesses on Dicopay use the first one and never touch the second. That is a normal way to use the product, and it stays free.
Invoicing and reminders
Free
Not a trial. Not free for your first ten invoices. Not free until we decide otherwise. Free.
3,000 Swedish businesses have onboarded to Dicopay since launch. In Sweden, onboarding uses BankID and takes about a minute.
Financing, only if you use it
Priced per invoice
A single fee on the value of the one invoice you finance. It is not interest, not a subscription, and not a daily pull on your bank account.
Dicopay is not a lender. Eligibility, pricing, and terms are set by independent regulated lending partners and disclosed to you before you accept. All offers are subject to approval, and not all invoices qualify. Dicopay's invoicing app is live in Sweden today, and financing availability, pricing, and partners vary by country.
What is included
The free side, line by line.

The business model
How we make money when the invoicing is free.
Free software usually means the price is hidden somewhere. Here is where ours sits, in order.
You send an invoice
Sending it costs nothing. Chasing it costs nothing. We do not charge you for the software, and we do not sell a premium version of it.
The invoice is checked for an offer
Every invoice you send to a business or a public body is checked for a financing offer from our independent regulated lending partners. There is no application and no fee for the check, and an offer is not a commitment.
You accept an offer, or you do not
If you accept, the funding partner pays us a referral fee for the introduction. You pay the price the partner quoted you and nothing separate to Dicopay.
If you never take an advance, we earn nothing from you
That is the honest end of the model. Plenty of businesses cost us money every month and pay us nothing, and the invoicing and reminders keep running for them exactly as before.
What that means for how we behave.
We do not make money from a subscription, so there is no reason to put a feature behind a plan or to make cancellation awkward. We make money when an invoice you already earned gets funded, which only happens if you keep sending invoices and getting paid. Dicopay is not a lender and does not set the price of an advance.
How the financing price is set
You see the number before you decide.
There is no rate card on this page because there is no single rate. Each invoice is priced on its own, by the party putting up the money.
The partner sets it
Eligibility, pricing, and terms are set by the independent regulated lending partner that funds the invoice. Dicopay is not a lender and does not set the price.
It is quoted per invoice
The price arrives as a figure in dollars on the invoice in front of you, before you accept anything. What you accepted is what you pay.
Nothing moves until you say yes
You can look at an offer and close the app. Your customer approves the invoice on their phone, and if you accepted an offer the money is in your account within 24 hours.
Pricing FAQ
The questions people ask about the bill.
Are there hidden fees?
No. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no seat fee, no fee to send an invoice, no fee to send a reminder, and no fee to check whether an invoice qualifies for financing. The only price anywhere in the product is the one a funding partner quotes on an invoice you choose to finance, and you read it before you accept it.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. There is no card field at signup and no card kept on file, because there is nothing to charge you for. In Sweden you sign in with BankID, and onboarding takes about a minute.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. You have no contract with us, no minimum term, and no notice period, because you are not on a subscription. Stop sending invoices and the account costs you nothing. If you want the account and its data removed, ask us on the delete account page.
What happens when my volume goes up?
Nothing happens. There is no invoice limit, no user limit, and no tier you get moved into for growing. A business sending four hundred invoices a month pays the same as a business sending four, which is nothing.
What if I never take an advance?
Then we earn nothing from you and you keep the software. That is the arrangement, and it is why the free side has no limits written into it. You are free to send invoices and chase them with Dicopay for years and never look at a single offer.
Does financing get cheaper if I finance more invoices?
Each invoice is priced on its own by the funding partner, and what the partner looks at is that invoice and the business that owes you the money. There is no volume deal to negotiate with us, because we are not the party setting the price.
