About Dicopay

Small businesses do the work first and get paid last.

Dicopay AB is a company in Göteborg, Sweden. We make invoicing free, we chase the invoice on your behalf, and we check every invoice you send to another business or a public body for a financing offer from independent regulated lending partners. Dicopay is not a lender.

Invoicing and reminders are free, always. Checking what an invoice is worth costs nothing. You only pay if you take the cash.

Dicopay's invoicing app is live in Sweden today. Financing availability, pricing, and partners vary by country.

Why we exist

The work finishes on Friday. The money arrives next month.

Nobody is disputing the invoice. It is sitting on somebody else's desk while payroll, fuel, and materials carry on being due. That gap is where small businesses get into trouble, and it is the only thing this company works on.

$17,500

The average US small business with invoices outstanding is owed $17,500.

Intuit QuickBooks Small Business Late Payments Report, May 2025

37 to 38 days

A US invoice takes 28.8 to 29.3 days of payment terms plus 8.5 to 9 days of lateness, so 37 to 38 days in total.

Dicopay calculation from Xero Small Business Insights US, 2026

22%

22% of US small employer firms that applied for financing received none of it, and only 42% received everything they asked for.

Federal Reserve Small Business Credit Survey, 2026

43%

43% of US B2B invoice value is overdue at any given time.

Atradius Payment Practices Barometer US, September 2025

Read the last two numbers together.

43% of US B2B invoice value is overdue at any given time, and 22% of the small employer firms that applied for financing received none of it. The business with the most money tied up in unpaid invoices is often the one a bank will help the least, because a bank underwrites your history. An invoice advance underwrites the customer who already owes you the money.

That is the whole idea behind Dicopay. Send the invoice for free, let us chase it, and if waiting 37 to 38 days does not work this month, see what the invoice is worth today before you decide.

What we have built

A working product, not a plan for one.

The invoicing app is live in Sweden. Businesses send invoices through it every day, their customers open those invoices on a phone and pay in full, on invoice up to 60 days, or in installments, and automatic reminders go out before the due date and after it.

Underneath that sits the part nobody sees: payment rails that move real money in a regulated market, identity verification on every account, and an invoice record clean enough for a lending partner to price. Without that groundwork, a financing offer on an invoice is guesswork.

Contracts, e-signature, and time reporting are part of the same app, so the agreement, the hours, and the invoice stay together. In Sweden, accounting exports go to Visma, Bokio, Hogia, and SpeedLedger.

Live payment rails

Invoices go out, customers pay, reminders run, and money moves. It is running software with paying businesses on it in a regulated European market, which is a slower thing to build than a landing page and a waitlist.

Identity checks on every account

In Sweden, onboarding uses BankID and takes about a minute. There are no forms, no sales call, and no waiting for an approval email. Knowing who is sending the invoice is what makes a financing decision on it possible at all.

3,000 SMBs onboarded in Sweden

3,000 Swedish businesses have onboarded to Dicopay since launch: tradespeople, clinics, shops, one-person operations, and small crews. They are the reason we know what the product has to do.

How we make money

We are paid by the lender, not by you.

Dicopay is not a lender and does not fund or underwrite invoices. Financing is provided by independent regulated lending partners. They decide eligibility, they set the pricing, and they write the terms, and all of it is disclosed to you before you accept anything. When a deal funds, the partner pays Dicopay a referral fee. That fee is the entire business model.

This is why the invoicing is free rather than free for a while. If you never take an advance, we never earn anything from you, and the invoicing, the reminders, and the contracts stay free anyway. If you do take one, your customer approves the invoice on their phone and the money is in your account within 24 hours. Nothing about their terms or their due date changes.

Financing applies to invoices issued to another business or a public body. Not all invoices qualify, and every offer is subject to approval by the funding partner.

Where this goes

The wait is not a Swedish problem.

We started in Sweden because that is where we are and because it is a good place to prove that the rails work. The businesses we serve there look like the ones everywhere else: a small crew, a large materials bill, and a customer who pays on their own calendar.

1

Sweden, today

The app is live, 3,000 Swedish businesses have onboarded to Dicopay since launch, onboarding uses BankID, and accounting exports go to Visma, Bokio, Hogia, and SpeedLedger. Everything we learn about what an invoice needs to carry, we learn here first.

2

The United States

The four numbers at the top of this page are all US numbers, and they describe the same gap. The parts that have to be rebuilt for the US are the identity check, the bank connection, and the lending partners, because none of those travel across a border. Timing for US availability is [to confirm].

3

The rest of Europe

Payment terms, late payment, and a bank that says no to the smallest customers are not unique to any one country. The invoicing product carries over. The funding partner has to be regulated and licensed in each market it operates in, so financing arrives country by country rather than all at once. Markets and timing are [to confirm].

What we will not claim

We are not a bank and we are not a lender. We do not hold your money and we do not set the price of a financing offer. We do not promise that an offer will be approved, because that decision belongs to the funding partner and it is disclosed to you before you accept.

Product availability differs by country. The invoicing app is live in Sweden, and financing availability, pricing, and partners vary by market.
